Good value, minor issue

I booked a Cozumel all-inclusive beach pass. The pricing was good, definitely cheaper than through the cruise line. The booking process online was straightforward, and the pass itself gave us everything we needed at the resort. My only small gripe was transportation wasn't included, which I probably should've checked more carefully, but it was easy enough to find a taxi. Overall, happy with the purchase, but would be great if they clearly marked transportation options upfront for each pass.

Fun day in Jamaica

Decided on a whim to try a Jamaica resort pass for our stop. It was super easy to book on their site, even on my phone. Got the confirmation pretty fast. When we got to the resort, they knew exactly what it was. Had a great time lounging by the pool and grabbing some lunch. Made the cruise stop way better than just walking around the port. Would totally use them again for another trip.

Always reliable passes

Booked a Freeport Bahamas day pass for my recent cruise. It was just as easy as my previous bookings with them, maybe my fifth or sixth time now. Got the confirmation quickly and the resort was ready for us. Their passes always work out well for me.

Do I need my actual passport to get into these resorts, or is a regular ID like a driver's license fine since I'm just there for the day?

J Jason N. 5 days ago
For most places, a regular ID should be fine since you're already in port, but I always carry my passport anyway just in case.

M Megan D. 4 days ago
I've never had to show my passport for a day pass, just my ID and the booking confirmation. But it's probably best to have it on you just in case for some places.

I saw some stuff about military discounts. How do you get that applied? Is it a code or do you show ID at the resort?

M Mary Allen 2 weeks ago
Pretty sure it's a code you apply at checkout. I think you need to verify your service or something first to get it.

P Patricia Scott 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they usually have specific instructions on their site for military discounts. It's usually a promo code thing, not showing ID at the resort itself.

Wondering about the cancellation policy. If something comes up last minute, can I get a refund or is it usually no-go?

J Jacob Jones 3 weeks ago
They have a pretty clear cancellation policy. Usually, you can cancel for a refund if it's far enough in advance, but check the exact terms for your booking.

Z Zach Parker 3 weeks ago
I think it's like 72 hours or something for a full refund. Definitely worth checking before you book, because it varies a bit.

Hey, thinking of booking a pass for Grand Cayman. What if my ship skips the port for some reason? Do I just lose all my money?

A Adam D. 2 weeks ago
Nah, they usually refund you if the ship misses port. Happened to my friend last year, got their money back pretty quick.

A Ashley Gonzalez 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I think so long as you let them know, you're good. It's in their policy for cruise cancellations.

Are there any promo codes for signing up for the newsletter or a first-time booking discount?

S Sam Clark 3 weeks ago
I think sometimes you get a little something for signing up for emails. Not sure about a general first-time booking thing.

N Nathan Roberts 2 weeks ago
Yeah, check your email after you sign up, sometimes they send a small discount code there. Usually $5-10 off.

Trying to book for Cozumel next month. Are drinks usually included in the 'all-inclusive' passes, or is that extra?

E Elizabeth T. 1 day ago
Most of the all-inclusive ones I've gotten had drinks included, even alcohol. Just double check the specific resort you're looking at.

B Brian Anderson 12 hours ago
Yeah, if it says all-inclusive, food and drinks are typically part of it. Some places might have premium stuff extra, but standard drinks are usually in there.

Is Resort for a Day actually legit? Sounds kinda too good to be true, like booking a fancy resort for just a day.

J Jennifer 2 weeks ago
It's totally legit, used them for Montego Bay. Got access to a nice resort, no issues.

O Olivia T. 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they're basically a distributor. Think of it like buying a ticket to an amusement park, but it's a resort instead. Real places.

Hey, looking at a resort pass for Punta Cana. Does it usually include transportation from the cruise port, or do we have to figure that out ourselves?

S Susan Perez 1 month ago
Most of the time, transportation is NOT included. You gotta arrange your own taxi or shuttle to get there.
2
L Linda Nguyen 1 month ago
Unless it specifically says 'transportation included' in the pass description, assume you're on your own for getting to and from the resort.
